This app sucks! It was actually 9 miles and 3 hrs even. Including 100 push ups 100 sit ups and 50 pull ups. 106 bmp heart rate.
This was on Saturday. This included 10 burpees, 10 squats, 5 pulls, and 10 push ups every .5 miles. The run was at race pace, in the street, and it was concluded with 1000 meter row and some explosive exercises at the gym.
